Insurance Agent opportunities are for true sales and customer-oriented individuals. In an agency staff position you will have the opportunity to work individually and focus on educating and providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives and retirement incomes.

Location: Cities of Orange County, i.e. Fountain Valley/Irvine

 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current policyholders
  • Prospecting and generating new business through professional and personal networks as well as leads & referrals
  • Generating quotes and data entry
  • Educating and selling insurance products
  • Providing excellent customer service by processing payments & processing claims
  • Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies
  • Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
  • Meet all daily, weekly and monthly requirements, including sales goals
  • Retain business
  • Attention to detail
  • Follow-through and timely completion of projects
  • Participate in community events and marketing strategies as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
  • Must have a professional, friendly, clear and pleasant phone voice
  • Excellent phone etiquette, professional language, friendly tone and patience
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently with little supervision
  • Results-driven
  • Must have ability to multi-task
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Windows Operating systems and programs
  • General math skills and logic
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Be respectful, interact well with others on a team and enjoy speaking with people
  • Bi-lingual a plus in English and Spanish, or Farsi, or Vietnamese

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and or commensurate professional experience
  • Ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty License with the CA Department of Insurance

Our agencies are positioned to help our clients become more knowledgeable about their insurance needs and appropriate coverages to protect their homes, cars, lives and retirement incomes.

Location: Cities of Orange County, i.e. Fountain Valley/Irvine

Essential Functions:

  • Engage and prescreen potential clients
  • Develop conversational style and language
  • Place phone calls to prospects
  • Generate between 5 and 10 prospects per day
  • Qualify prospects for Insurance Agents
  • Meet all daily, weekly and monthly requirements
  • Data entry
  • Participate in community events and marketing strategies as needed
  • Other marketing strategies as assigned
  • Follow-through and timely completion of projects

Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team here at Allstate! The Customer Support Representative position assists Allstate customers with any issues, concerns or questions they may have regarding their insurance policies. The role is also pivotal to maximize opportunities for protecting clients appropriately and retention of clients. This position involves a high degree of interaction over the phone, email and chat, so strong communication skills are a must.

Essential Functions:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, etc.
  • Educate and coach customers on filing a claim
  • Handle all change requests from policyholders
  • Support clients with processing payments and ensuring client’s policies remain active
  • Proactively communicate with clients to support with their renewals and identify opportunities to further meet all insurance needs
  • Liaise with Allstate Underwriting department to ensure policies are issued in a timely manner
  • Work closely with agents to maximize opportunities, including the underwriting process, sales and retention practices
  • Answer inbound calls from policyholders and handle any customer service needs on an ongoing basis
